Visa Guidelines

• If you are not from one of the 27 European countries in the Schengen area, you will need a short-stay Schengen visa. Find here all the documentation required.
• Your passport must be valid for at least another six months.
• Make sure you apply ahead of time.
• Provide the Summit Invitation Letter.
• Have sufficient financial proof.
• If required, provide a copy of your return ticket.
• Travel medical insurance may be required.

Average visa processing time: Usually 15 to 45 working days.
