🛃 Travel Visa Guidelines & Tips
Visa Guidelines
- Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months
- We encourage you to apply for your visa 30 days from your travel date. The average visa processing time is up to 2-3 weeks.
- If your nationality requires a visa to enter the UAE, We advise you to request a tourist visa through Tourism agencies, or local Airlines such as Emirates Airlines, AirArabia, Fly Dubai, and Etihad Airways.
- You have to have a return flight ticket. A one-way ticket will not work.
- If you are a national citizen of one of the GCC countries or already hold a valid UAE residence visa, you do not require a visa to enter the country

🚃 Transportation
- Travel from the Airport to the city
- Airport Transfer: Taxi cabs can be easily found at the airport exit. It is safe to take a cab right there and the price is officially regulated and will be as per meter.
- Local Taxi: Alternatively, you can download a local app, Careem, or use Uber to pre-order your ride.
- Train/bus: Dubai Metro station can be accessed directly from the Dubai International Airport Terminals and will lead to any central locations in the city. If you are staying next to the Hult Dubai Campus, you will need to go to the Dubai Internet City metro station. If you are arriving at the Al Maktoum International Airport, you can follow these directions for buses.

- Hotel transfer: you can check with your accommodation (hotel) if they provide an airport transfer

- Regular commuting ways inside the city

- Walk: please note that Dubai is not an easily walkable city and you, most times, will be required to use a taxi or public transportation. Additionally, remember that June in Dubai is the hottest period and you can expect up to 40 Degrees Celsius. So, sunscreen is a must-have :)
- Cycling: Careem Bikes are available as part of the Careem app
- Commuting to different locations as part of the Summit event.
- During the Summit, the host will arrange buses from the campus to the evening dinner on Friday and, on Saturday, from the campus to the venue for final pitches and winner announcement. Participants are only responsible for their commute to and from campus to their accommodation.
