The Campus Director is the driving force behind the Hult Prize on their university, responsible for overseeing the entire program’s execution at their university. This role demands strategic vision, excellent leadership, and exceptional organizational skills.

Recommended Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Strategic Planning

Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the OnCampus Program. Lead, motivate, and manage the Organizing Committee to ensure alignment with the program’s goals. Set and monitor specific goals for the team and the program, in alignment with the Organizing Committee.

2. Program Management

Oversee the planning and execution of all OnCampus events and activities. Ensure all activities are completed on time and within scope. Manage the allocation of resources, including budget, time, and team members.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary liaison between the Hult Prize OnCampus Program and the university administration, by establishing and maintain a strong relationship with a university representative who can provide support, resources, and advocacy for the Hult Prize initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and engage with the broader community to build awareness and support for the program.

4. Participant Support

Oversee the recruitment of participants, ensuring a diverse and dynamic group. Ensure participants have access to necessary resources, training, and mentorship. Collect and act on feedback from participants to continuously improve the program.

5. Communication and Reporting

Ensure effective internal communication within the Organizing Committee and be aligned with the Hult Prize Global Guidelines, ensuring that all updates, guidelines, and deadlines are communicated to your team, keeping everyone informed and aligned. Update regularly the Community Portal, reporting the program progress.
