As the Events Team, you’re invited to support operations of all events, such as venue selection, platforms to be used for the virtual components, behind-the-scenes preparation, food & beverages, set up, printing, IT, etc.
Create and design engaging event concepts that align with your OnCampus Program goals, within the framework of Hult Prize’s mission and objectives. Establish and maintain a detailed timeline for all events, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Prepare a Logistic Plan and coordinate with the different stakeholders all logistical aspects, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and technical requirements. Test the technical systems such as PC connections, internet, electricity, and other necessary equipment prior to the event.
Develop a comprehensive budget for each event, accounting for all potential expenses. Monitor and record all expenditures, ensuring the events stay within the allocated budget. Alongside the Partnerships & Collaborations Organizing Committee Member, identify and secure sponsorship opportunities and manage funding resources to support event costs.
Recruit, manage and register participants, ensuring a diverse and dynamic pool of participants in your OnCampus Events. Maintain a clear and consistent communication with all participants and speakers, providing them with necessary information and updates. Align with the Startups, Experts & Judges Teams.
