Why this fellowship:

At Hult Prize, we back early-career talent the same way we back founders. We run the world’s largest impact startup competition (200,000+ annual participants, 15,000+ startups, 2,000+ campuses, 130+ countries), and this fellowship places you inside that engine, shaping the entrepreneurs who will define the next decade of impact.

This year, we’re selecting up to five people at the earliest stages of their careers to spend eight months with us learning the craft of impact venture, program design, ecosystem building, and impact measurement, while building a global startup network and seeing firsthand how impact companies are built.

At the end of the fellowship, we back you to take your next step by actively supporting you to move into roles as an investor, startup operator, founder, or impact and sustainability professional.

People who have worked with Hult Prize in similar roles have already gone on to impressive paths: Gonzalo Martínez-Schacht is now a VC and accelerator manager in LATAM, Andrew Lao is a VC analyst, Zain Samdani is a startup founder, and Kamolwan “Gift” Sahakitpinyo is a researcher and guest lecturer.

*Note: Fellows must be fully available for the program and cannot hold any other Hult Prize role during the 2025–2026 cycle. This includes roles such as startup participant, Campus Director, National Coordinator, etc.
