• All startups must go to their designated pitch room and perform tech checks. That involves sharing screen, test mic, and share the screen with video sound.
• 2 mins per startup.
• pop by when you can, first come first serve.

💡 Statistically speaking, startups who have gone through tech check with us on day 1 has always performed better and smoother on the day 2 pitch.

Day 2- Saturday: Pitch Competition

• The Summit’s platform is **Zoom Events,** all you need to do to access the event is register through the following link:(The link will be available soon).
• Your startup will be assigned to a specific Zoom Room, once you are notified which room you’ll be part of, make sure you bookmark your pitching room so you don’t get lost.

🕰️ Time Sensitive Guidelines

• Join early at least 15 minutes prior to the given time. Late arrival can lead to exclusion from part or all of the event.
• Be respectful of your 4 minutes pitch timeslot. You need to be on time, there is no buffer time in the schedule.
• Teams will have 8 minutes to present their solution, broken down into a 4 minutes pitch followed by a 4 minutes Question & Answer with the Judges; be sure to prepare your presentation accordingly.
• Judges may engage your team in a call-back session for further clarity on your startup idea therefore you need to be on standby and available once you have been called. This is not an indication of advancement to the evening round but rather for clarification only.
• Assign a timekeeper to your team; the moderator will mute any presentations longer than 4 minutes.
