Qualifiers Stage Submissions

Your team captain will receive a submission link via email to upload the required competition materials on behalf of your team. Please ensure that all submissions are in English, adhere to the guidelines provided below, and are of high quality to best represent your startup.

• 3. Film a 4-min Pitch Video (Youtube Link)

Deadlines

For Open Application Teams:

Submit your application by our early bird deadline for an exclusive opportunity to fast-track your startup in the competition! As we screen and evaluate applications on a rolling basis, applying early increases your chances of advancing sooner. Get ahead of the competition!

For OnCampus Teams:

OnCampus teams are required to submit their applications only after their Local Competition. Teams have 72 hours from the conclusion of the competition to complete their submission. Please ensure submissions are reviewed and ready beforehand.

• Winning Teams: The winning team must submit their application on AcceleratorApp within 72 hours of the local competition. Failure to meet this deadline will result in immediate disqualification, and the team will no longer be eligible to advance to the next stage.
• Runners-Up: Local Competition Runners-Up and non-winners can also submit their application on AcceleratorApp to be considered for evaluation. While selection is not guaranteed, submitting their application increases visibility and potential opportunities.
