As Campus Directors, your role has a significant impact on your campus. To ensure we fully understand and can track this impact, it’s essential that you keep your community profile up to date. This profile serves as the official channel for reporting your progress and sharing updates about your program.

The Communities Portal is where you’ll provide us with updates on all of the great things you’re doing, such as the events you’re hosting, your organizing committee, and press or media talking about your program, your partners, and the experts supporting your program.

Congrats! You’ve hosted your Local Competition. Now it’s time to let us know your winner!
You have 72h report your Local Competition from the day you’ve hosted it.
Reminder: In order for a local competition to be confirmed you need: 5 eligible teams participating & 3 judges.
Log into your Community Portal.
Mark your local competition event as completed.
If you haven’t previously created this event, do so now.
Your page should refresh and now you’ll see check boxes within the expert and startup tiles.

Select the experts who judged at your local competition.
Do the same for the startups who competed at your local competition.
Click Local Competition Results on the top menu bar.
If you haven’t selected 3 judges or 5 startups, you’ll see text highlighted red pointing you to what is missing.
Once you’ve satisfied those requirements, refresh the screen.
After you’ve selected the information and hit Submit Winners you’ll be asked to again confirm the details you provided. Don’t select ok unless you’ve done so. Once you submit you won’t be able to make changes.
At the end of each program cycle, we ask Campus Directors to help us ensure the program continue at their university the following year.
Within the Community Portals, Campus Directors have the option to:
