This profile serves as the official channel for reporting your progress and sharing updates about your program.

Keep Your Profile Updated

The Communities Portal is where you’ll provide us with updates on all of the great things you’re doing, such as the events you’re hosting, your organizing committee, and press or media talking about your program, your partners, and the experts supporting your program.

Report your Local Competition

Congrats! You’ve hosted your Local Competition. Now it’s time to let us know your winner!

You have 72h report your Local Competition from the day you’ve hosted it.

Reminder: In order for a local competition to be confirmed you need: 5 eligible teams participating & 3 judges.

To Report Your Local Competition

1. Log into your Community Portal.

2. Mark your local competition event as completed.

3. If you haven’t previously created this event, do so now.

4. Your page should refresh and now you’ll see check boxes within the expert and startup tiles.

   2. Select the experts who judged at your local competition.

      

   3. Do the same for the startups who competed at your local competition.

      1. Make sure all the teams that participated are found here. If not, have them complete the registration form or do it on their behalf.
      2. You’ll see these teams disappear from the page. That’s ok.

      

   4. Click Local Competition Results on the top menu bar.

      

   5. If you haven’t selected 3 judges or 5 startups, you’ll see text highlighted red pointing you to what is missing.

   6. Once you’ve satisfied those requirements, refresh the screen.

   

   1. Once you’ve met the requirements, you’ll see 3 drop down boxes appear. This is where you’ll let us know your winner & runner-ups. Carefully check the judges and startups you provided to ensure the information is correct.
   2. If you don’t see these and have 3 judges and 5 competing teams, refresh the page.

   

   1. After you’ve selected the information and hit Submit Winners you’ll be asked to again confirm the details you provided. Don’t select ok unless you’ve done so. Once you submit you won’t be able to make changes.

      

Ensuring Program Continuity

At the end of each program cycle, we ask Campus Directors to help us ensure the program continue at their university the following year.

Within the Community Portals, Campus Directors have the option to:

• Request to continue as Campus Director
• Nominate a Successor to take over

1. Log into your Community Portal and Program Continuity will appear on the top of the page.

• Returning as Campus Director: Select Continue as Camus Director if you will still be a student next cycle and want to return as Campus Director. Your regional team will then review the request and inform you of their decision within 2 weeks.
• Selecting a Successor: Select Nominating a successor if you wish to select another student to take over for you next year.
  • You will be asked to provide us with their information and will also be asked to include the information for a university representative who agrees with your selection.
  • Remember to review this page to learn how to pick the right successor.
  • Both the successor and the university representatives will receive emails after you submit.
