You'll be invited to either request to continue as Campus Director, nominate a successor to take over for you or introduce us to a university organization or representative that wants to take over the Hult Prize (student club, entrepreneurship center, professor, etc…).

The Requirements to Keep your Position

1. Be enrolled as a student in the next program cycle (2025-2026).

2. Successfully complete the OnCampus Program 2025. If you don't meet this criteria, you'll need to apply again.

3. Fill out the OCP Continuity Form on your Communities Portal (learn how to here) to indicate your desire to retain your position. The deadline is April 5th, 2025.

The Requirements to Nominate a Successor

1. Your successor can be a student from your university enrolled in the next program cycle (2025-2026) or a University Representative (e.g., Professor, Dean, Official, etc.).

2. Fill out the OCP Continuity Form on your Communities Portal (learn how to here) to indicate your desire to nominate a successor. The deadline is April 5th, 2025.

Note: We recommend appointing your Deputy Campus Director as your successor.

The Selection Process of your Successor

1. Shortlist who you think would be best for the role: We recommend appointing your Deputy Campus Director as your successor. If this is not feasible, consider selecting who has helped you execute your OnCampus Program, someone with experience in the Hult Prize, whether as a member of the organizing committee, a competitor, or a volunteer at other Hult Prize events.

2. Conduct an Interview: While not mandatory, you are welcome to schedule in-person or online interviews with the candidates. To help you prepare, we have provided an Interview Questions Template to help you.

3. Share Your Successor's Recommendation: Select the candidate that you think is best to replace you for review & approval by the Hult Prize Foundation. You will be able to do this within your Community Portal and will receive more information on this shortly.

4. Validation: The Hult Prize Foundation will carefully review the recommendation you have made and make a final decision.

5. Announcement: The Hult Prize will send the official confirmation and welcome the new Campus Director.

The Requirements to introduce us to a University contact to take over Hult Prize

  1. Introduce your Regional Manager to a suitable university contact who has expressed interest to personally oversee Hult Prize on campus. These contacts often include:
    1. Entrepreneurship Center / Innovation Hub Staff
    2. Professors
    3. Existing student organizations
    4. International Department Officers
    5. Others
  2. The Regional Manger will speak directly to this new contact/group and discuss the potential of them taking over Hult Prize.
  3. This contact/group needs to have expressed an interest in taking the program over.
