1. Your successor needs to be a student from your university enrolled in the next program cycle (2025-2026).
2. We encourage you to involve your university in selecting a successor. Work with your most supportive university representative to make a decision together. You’ll need to provide their details in the Continuity Form.
3. Fill out the Continuity Form on your Community Portal by April 5 (learn how to here) to indicate your desire to nominate a successor.
1. Involve Your University Representative
Work with your most supportive university representative to develop a plan and make a joint decision on selecting your successor.
2. Shortlist Potential Candidates
We recommend appointing your Deputy Campus Director as your successor. If that’s not possible, consider someone who has actively contributed to your OnCampus Program—such as a member of the organizing committee, a competitor, or a volunteer at previous Hult Prize events.
3. Conduct Interviews (Optional)
While not required, you may choose to hold in-person or online interviews with candidates. To assist you, we’ve provided an Interview Questions Template to help you.
4. Submit Your Successor’s Details
Once you've selected the best candidate, complete the Continuity Form on your Community Portal by April 5 with their details.
5. Announcement & Final Decision
After submission, both the nominated successor and university representatives will receive confirmation emails. The Hult Prize Foundation will review your recommendation and make the final decision by August. Your nominee will then be informed whether they are officially confirmed as the new Campus Director.
