Power Week is a project where the Hult Prize team aims to confirm the participation and travel plans of the startups to their designated Summit city for the Hult Prize 2024 Global Competition. It is an electrifying journey where startup dreams take flight as they plan to embark on a immersive global experience, and the ones helping them achieve their dreams is YOU.

  1. Introduce yourself & confirm the receiver:

    Hello! This is <Your Name> calling from the Hult Prize Foundation. Is this <Member Name> from <Startup Name>? Do you have a quick 3-5 mins for us to talk over the phone?

  2. Congratulate:

    We’re calling to congratulate your startup for being invited to the <CITY> Summit.

    With nearly 35,000 individuals participating in its programs this year. You are in the TOP 400 startups selected to participate in the Summits Phase. How are you feeling?!

    This is is an <IN-PERSON> summit which will take place on <DATE> at our cohosted university.

  3. Remind action items: [Try to get them to submit these action items ASAP]

    1. Accept Summit Invitation via the Acceptance Form Deadline: OCP Winner April 11th & Open App 17th April
      • The team captain needs to fill it out on behalf of the team. This form is where you will be able to Accept the allocated Summit city, Withdraw from the competition or Submit a case to change Summit city.
        • Accept —> an official invitation letter that can be used to support your visa application --> the form will ask for your team member details and we will generate letters for you in the coming weeks.
        • Reject —> Opt to move to the Online Review Round or Make a case (this is the requested change) OR Withdraw from the 2024 competition.
    2. Submit Summit Submissions via AcceleratorApp by April 30th. Failure to submit these submissions by the April 30th will result in your startup’s Summit Invitation cancellation.
    3. Confirm your participation via Travel Confirmation (Due 10th May)
